Cafes and restaurants

Cafes already understand the mechanic — nine coffees, the tenth free. Points let you keep that feeling while making the rate follow how much a guest actually spends, and the wallet card replaces the paper one that lives in a drawer.

This page is intentionally short for now — it will be filled in as the content is written.

What matters here

Three decisions worth making before the programme goes live.

01

A visible ladder

Guests can see the tier they are on and what the next one gives them.

02

Birthday balances

A dated balance that lives five days turns an occasion into a visit.

03

Referrals from regulars

The people who come weekly are the ones whose recommendation works.

Common questions

What is 7Bonuses?

7Bonuses is a points and cashback loyalty engine. It holds the rules, the customer profile and the balance, and delivers the card to the shopper as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass or inside a chat bot. Merchants run it on hardware they already have.

Does the shopper need to install an app?

No. The shopper scans a QR code, signs in with Apple ID or Google ID, and the card lands in their wallet. In markets where messengers dominate, the same card lives inside a chat bot instead.

Do we have to integrate with our POS?

Only if you want to. Four of the six identification methods need no POS integration at all: a wallet card with a staff scanner, a bank payment terminal, a QR code printed on the receipt, and a fiscal receipt scanned by the shopper.

How long does a launch take?

The baseline setup runs the same day: create the programme, place a QR code at the counter and give staff the scanner app. Programmes with tiers, exclusions and rule priorities are configured together with our team.

Start with one location

One rule, one QR code, and a week of receipts will tell you more than a plan.
