Capability
Rules engine
A rule can credit an account, apply a percentage or fixed discount, set a special price on a product, or issue a coupon. Priority decides the order rules apply in a basket; compatibility decides which may stack and which cancel each other out.
The difference between a campaign and an accidental giveaway is a compatibility setting.

What you can do with it
Four things this capability is actually used for, in the programmes running today.
Priority
Rules apply in the order you set, so the expensive promotion never fires by accident.
Compatibility
Decide which promotions may combine in one basket and which cancel each other out.
Limits
Restrict a rule to a tier, named products or categories, a location, days of the week, or specific hours.
Caps and rounding
Control how much of one receipt bonuses may cover, and how partial points are rounded.
Where it fits
One profile behind every part
Every capability reads and writes the same customer profile, so a shopper who joins through a wallet card, moves up a tier and redeems a voucher is one record, not three.
That is also why a merchant can start on 7Stamp and move to 7Bonuses without re-enrolling anybody: the profile and the balance stay where they are.
Common questions
What is 7Bonuses?
7Bonuses is a points and cashback loyalty engine. It holds the rules, the customer profile and the balance, and delivers the card to the shopper as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass or inside a chat bot. Merchants run it on hardware they already have.
Does the shopper need to install an app?
No. The shopper scans a QR code, signs in with Apple ID or Google ID, and the card lands in their wallet. In markets where messengers dominate, the same card lives inside a chat bot instead.
Do we have to integrate with our POS?
Only if you want to. Four of the six identification methods need no POS integration at all: a wallet card with a staff scanner, a bank payment terminal, a QR code printed on the receipt, and a fiscal receipt scanned by the shopper.
How long does a launch take?
The baseline setup runs the same day: create the programme, place a QR code at the counter and give staff the scanner app. Programmes with tiers, exclusions and rule priorities are configured together with our team.
Can staff spend a customer's balance without them?
No. Nothing is deducted without the shopper's own authorisation. This is the difference from the loyalty tab built into most cash registers, where a cashier can quietly move points to their own card.

Try it on one location first
Launch with a single rule, then add the rest as the programme earns them.
