What is 7Bonuses?
7Bonuses is a points and cashback loyalty engine. It holds the rules, the customer profile and the balance, and delivers the card to the shopper as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass or inside a chat bot. Merchants run it on hardware they already have.
Does the shopper need to install an app?
No. The shopper scans a QR code, signs in with Apple ID or Google ID, and the card lands in their wallet. In markets where messengers dominate, the same card lives inside a chat bot instead.
Do we have to integrate with our POS?
Only if you want to. Four of the six identification methods need no POS integration at all: a wallet card with a staff scanner, a bank payment terminal, a QR code printed on the receipt, and a fiscal receipt scanned by the shopper.
How long does a launch take?
The baseline setup runs the same day: create the programme, place a QR code at the counter and give staff the scanner app. Programmes with tiers, exclusions and rule priorities are configured together with our team.
