Loyalty processing

Points and cashback without an app

7Bonuses runs tiered accrual, vouchers and referrals on the terminals, kiosks and cash registers you already have. The shopper gets a wallet card in ten seconds and installs nothing.

  • No app to install
  • No new hardware
  • Live in four markets

Why 7Bonuses exists

Loyalty fails at the counter

Most programmes die in the queue. The shopper does not have the app, the cashier does not want a second device, and the discount gets waved through manually. 7Bonuses makes identification the easy part: six ways to recognise a shopper, four of which need no integration with the till at all.

The rules are the product

A flat discount is not a loyalty programme. 7Bonuses holds a rules engine that decides what applies to a given basket — priority, compatibility, exclusions by product or hour — plus tiers that move in both directions, bonuses with a lifecycle, vouchers and referrals. The merchant keeps the customer base that comes out of it.

What changes on day one

Three groups feel the difference, and none of them has to learn a new system.

For shoppers

Scan a QR code, sign in with Apple ID or Google ID, and the card is in the wallet. Balance, history and the scannable card sit in one place — or in a chat bot where messengers win.

For staff

Depending on the setup, staff scan a card, work inside their usual POS screen, or do nothing at all because the shopper scans their own receipt. No second login, no window switching.

For marketing

Every enrolled shopper becomes a reachable contact. Campaigns, birthday balances and referral mechanics run from the same profile that holds the points.

At the counter

Payment and loyalty in one gesture

On a bank payment terminal the shopper taps the same card they pay with. The terminal reads the token, finds the profile, offers to spend the balance and confirms the deduction after the transaction succeeds.

One tap, no queue

The shopper confirms once and gets a push about what was earned or spent.

No cashier involvement

The terminal does the identification, so staff never leave the payment flow.

No integration required

Card-linked recognition sits on top of acquiring that already runs.

The loyalty tab is not a loyalty programme

Most cash registers already have one. Here is what it cannot do.

Built into the till

A cashier can spend a customer's balance without them, or move points to their own card. Bonuses have no lifecycle: they exist or they do not. One flat discount for everybody, and referrals need a separate service nobody buys.

Run as processing

Nothing is deducted without the shopper's authorisation. Points can activate after the return window closes or expire on a date. The rate follows a tier that moves in both directions. Referrals run inside the bot, with a ledger.

What a shopper actually does

  1. 01 Step 1

    Scan and join

The shopper scans a QR code at the counter or on their receipt. No app store, no form to fill in.

    Customer sees
A QR code on the counter
    Business does
Print or place the code once
  2. 02 Step 2

    Card lands in the wallet

Sign in with Apple ID or Google ID and the pass is saved. Balance and history live on the card itself.

    Customer sees
A wallet pass, not an app
    Business does
A new contact in the base
  3. 03 Step 3

    Earn on every receipt

The rules engine decides what applies to the basket — the tier rate, an hour-limited promotion, an excluded category.

    Customer sees
    Points credited on the spot
    Business does
    Rules configured once
  4. 04 Step 4

    Spend without the cashier

The shopper authorises the deduction themselves — on the terminal, in the bot, or with a one-time redeem code checked at the till.

    Customer sees
    Their own confirmation
    Business does
    No manual discount entry

Four ways to give value back

Each one is a rule in the same engine, so they combine under priority and compatibility settings.

Tiered accrual

The rate follows the customer's status, and status moves up or down automatically on turnover or items bought.

ExampleGold earns 10%, base earns 1%.

Cashback on the receipt

A percentage of the basket comes back as points, with caps and rounding rules controlling how much one receipt may cover.

Example5% back, up to half the next receipt.

Dated and deferred balances

Bonuses can be permanent, expire on a date, or activate only after the statutory return window closes.

ExampleA birthday balance that lives five days.

Vouchers and certificates

Instruments that change the current basket, carry a partner's product, or hold a fixed cash amount.

ExampleA 10 gift certificate, redeemed at the till.

Launch without touching the till

The baseline setup needs no integration, no new device and no change to how the cashier works.

  1. 01 Create the programme and set the accrual rule — a flat rate is enough to start.
  2. 02 Place a QR code at the counter so shoppers can add the wallet card themselves.
  3. 03 Give staff the scanner app on the device they already carry, and start crediting receipts.

Identification

Six ways to recognise a shopper

The hard part of loyalty is not the maths. It is knowing who is at the counter without slowing the queue.

What marketing gets out of it

The programme is not only a discount mechanism: it is the only place where the business owns the customer relationship.

A reachable base

Every enrolled shopper becomes a contact for news and campaigns, held in the same profile as the points.

Referrals with a ledger

The referrer earns on their friend's spending, per receipt or over a period, and both sides can be paid.

Campaigns by hour and category

A rule can be limited to a tier, named products, a location, days of the week or specific hours.

Coalitions

Independent brands share one ecosystem while each keeps its own programme and its own rules.

Where it runs

Four fiscalised, messenger-first markets

Slovakia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan all run state fiscalisation. That makes one scenario possible that is rare elsewhere: the shopper scans the fiscal QR on the receipt, the platform verifies it against the fiscal service, and points are credited with no POS integration and no staff action at all.

  1. 01 Fiscal receipt verification through the SmartKasa API is live in Ukraine.
  2. 02 Merchants on SmartKasa launch without touching their POS configuration.
  3. 03 Three products from the family are listed in the SmartKasa integration catalogue.

Why that difference holds

Processing, not a feature

The engine is the product, so rules, balances and anti-fraud are maintained rather than bolted on.

Identification comes first

Six methods exist because the counter, not the database, is where programmes fail.

Already running

The same core serves four markets and three sibling products on shared infrastructure.

What it costs

Pricing follows the setup: how many locations, which identification methods, and whether onboarding is guided.

Three words used precisely

Loyalty vocabulary is loose. These three mean something specific here.

Rules engine
The part of the platform that decides what applies to a given basket: which rule fires, in what priority order, and which promotions may stack.
Customer tier
A status that moves up and down automatically on turnover, points earned or items bought, and that changes the rate at which the shopper earns.
Deferred activation
Points that are credited immediately but become spendable only later — typically once the statutory return window on the purchase has closed.

Questions merchants ask first

What is 7Bonuses?

7Bonuses is a points and cashback loyalty engine. It holds the rules, the customer profile and the balance, and delivers the card to the shopper as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass or inside a chat bot. Merchants run it on hardware they already have.

Does the shopper need to install an app?

No. The shopper scans a QR code, signs in with Apple ID or Google ID, and the card lands in their wallet. In markets where messengers dominate, the same card lives inside a chat bot instead.

Do we have to integrate with our POS?

Only if you want to. Four of the six identification methods need no POS integration at all: a wallet card with a staff scanner, a bank payment terminal, a QR code printed on the receipt, and a fiscal receipt scanned by the shopper.

How long does a launch take?

The baseline setup runs the same day: create the programme, place a QR code at the counter and give staff the scanner app. Programmes with tiers, exclusions and rule priorities are configured together with our team.

Can staff spend a customer's balance without them?

No. Nothing is deducted without the shopper's own authorisation. This is the difference from the loyalty tab built into most cash registers, where a cashier can quietly move points to their own card.

Do points expire?

You decide. Bonuses can be permanent, expire on a date, or activate after a delay — for example only once the statutory return window on the purchase has closed.

Which markets does 7Bonuses run in?

Slovakia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. All four have state fiscalisation, which makes the scenario where a shopper scans the fiscal QR on their receipt possible with no POS integration and no staff action.

What does 7Bonuses cost?

Pricing depends on the number of locations, the identification methods you use and whether onboarding is guided. We quote per merchant rather than publishing a list, so tell us the setup and we will put numbers on it.

How does 7Bonuses relate to 7Stamp, 7Konto and 7Loc?

They share one processing core, one customer profile and the same delivery channels. A merchant can start on 7Stamp for stamp cards and move to 7Bonuses for points without changing hardware or re-enrolling customers.

Is there a live POS integration we can look at?

Yes. Fiscal receipt verification through the SmartKasa API is live in Ukraine, and three products from the family are listed in the SmartKasa integration catalogue.

Who owns the customer base?

The merchant. Every enrolled shopper becomes a contact the business can reach for news and campaigns — the asset most loyalty programmes never build.
