Loyalty vocabulary, used precisely

Loyalty words are loose everywhere else. These are what they mean in 7Bonuses, and the product terms are never translated.

Bonuses: The unit 7Bonuses credits and deducts. Points behave like a discount at the till: they reduce what the shopper pays, within the caps and rounding rules the merchant sets.
Cashback: A rule that credits a percentage of the receipt back to the shopper as points. The rate can be flat or follow the customer's tier.
Rules engine: The part of the platform that decides what applies to a given basket: which rule fires, in what priority order, and which promotions may stack.
Customer tier: A status that moves up and down automatically on turnover, points earned or items bought, and that changes the rate at which the shopper earns.
Wallet card: The loyalty card as an Apple Wallet or Google Wallet pass. The shopper adds it by scanning a QR code and signing in — there is no app to install.
Deferred activation: Points that are credited immediately but become spendable only later — typically once the statutory return window on the purchase has closed.
Fiscal receipt: A receipt registered with a state fiscalisation service. The shopper scans its QR code in the chat bot, the platform verifies it, and points are credited with no POS integration.
Card-linked loyalty: Recognising the shopper from the token of the bank card they pay with, so the payment terminal can offer to spend their balance in the same tap.
Voucher: An instrument that modifies the current basket, carries a partner's product or service, or holds a fixed cash amount. Redeemed at the till, through the scanner app, or by a seller-side code.
Coalition: Several independent brands sharing one ecosystem: each keeps its own programme, while shoppers see a single balance across all of them.
Redeem code: A one-time code checked at the till that lets staff confirm a reward or coupon without the shopper handing over anything else.
Gift shop: The catalogue inside the chat bot where shoppers exchange points for rewards or electronic coupons, together with the order flow staff use to fulfil them.
